Think about the best possible scenario for a given situation. A good healthy attitude is your life. Go ahead and remove the word "problem" from your vocabulary and start talking about what you used to call problems as challenges.
Look inside and make some life changing decisions by making a quality decision to not quit and not give up.
Tim Hallmark believes that when you see something good in your life, or a positive change in your fitness program, you should remember that good thing until you see another good thing.
Eventually,
you will expect good things to happen and a positive outlook on every
situation will become a lifestyle habit that you will
find is very beneficial.
Fitness
When it comes to athletics and any kind of training, Tim believes
that your core is the most important part of the body.
Your core is made up of your abdominal muscles, your
oblique muscles and your lower
back. Your core is the
foundation of everything you do.
By training to build strength and increase the flexibility in the abdominals
and lower back, Tim's clients have gotten stronger in their bench press,
squats and every area of their workouts. Training and strengthening
the core makes your legs stronger, makes your posture better and helps
your balance.
If there is only one thing you could train, train
your core.
Your core is what’s going to keep you from getting hurt when
you’re
playing basketball, or wake-boarding, horseback riding, hiking, jogging,
raking the yard or moving furniture. Whatever you like or are required
to do, your core is going to be involved in that activity. By training
your core you will help your posture, your athleticism, how well you
sleep, your longevity and so much more.
Nutrition
How your body operates depends a lot on what you’re
putting in it. With an automobile, if it’s well fueled and oiled,
it will run better, longer and faster. Your body is the same way.
What you put into your body determines a great deal how you feel
on a day to day basis and determines how effective
and enjoyable your
workouts will be for you.
Are you looking forward to your next workout,
or do you see each workout as a chore, wasting your time? If you’re
not taking part in a fitness program that you look forward to, then
you are eventually going to quit that program.
By eating healthy, you’ll find that your workouts are easier
and more fun,
you’ll start sleeping better, your attitude towards relationships and life
will change for the better and you’ll find yourself living
a lifestyle that you look forward to every day. Your fitness program should be a lifestyle.
Make it a lifestyle and you’ll never regret it.
